Underage drinking as freshman in college???

I find it really disturbing and just plain unrealistic that the cast just graduated last year (season) and now they are freely drinking, going to bars and now Liam OWNS a bar? There is no way someone under 21 would own a bar. Are you hearing me writers??? It's so annoying! Do you find this valuable?
