I googled this question, because I feel the exact same way...I'm 29 and watched the original seriies....I really do see Kelly (Jennie) in her!!

Her name is Abbie Cobb and if you go to her website www.abbiecob.com you will see her as a blonde. Even more like Jennie Garth, but does not give any family info. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. They are not related although it seems highly likley. Especially when emily puts her chin up then thats when i see jennie garth.
