Who was in the car? *spoiler alert*

In the season finale, Annie is seen driving drunk. She runs someone over and drives off. Then, a car pulls up with a bumper sticker saying (something along the lines of this) "Honor student at West Beverly". Who do you think was driving that car? I think it may have been Annie's dad. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I completely forgot all about that! Maybe it's Jasper because in Winter Wonderland he knew that Annie killed his Uncle. I think if it was her dad he would act anything, but normal around her. Do you find this valuable?
