Does anyone know when the new seaon will start?

Im just wondering if anyone knows when the new season will start? I know it just ended so it will be awhile, but i am so excited. I loved this show. jessica stroup was interviewed the other day on a radio station i listened to. It was awesome.

I've searched on the web and seen Aug or Sept, but no definite date. But they are going to bring back the beach episodes! The CW just announced that Season 2 will debut Tuesday Sept. 8th at 8pm.
