| Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) and Navid (Michael Steger) spend their prom night in the delivery room and Brenda (Shannen Doherty) shows up to offer support. Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) and Liam (Matt Lanter) have revealed their honest feelings for each other and she decides to host an after-prom party at her new house, much to Jen's (guest star Sara Foster, "CSI") disapproval. Showing up late, Naomi searches for Liam but is speechless when she finds him finishing up some business in her bedroom. A furious Naomi confronts and accuses Annie of sleeping with Liam, causing Annie (Shenae Grimes) to finally snap at Naomi and all the party-goers before leaving the party in a rage and doing something that will haunt her for the rest of her life. Dixon (Tristan Wilds) and Ethan (Dustin Milligan) get into a fight when Dixon accuses Ethan of having feelings for Silver (Jessica Stroup). Harry (Rob Estes) and Debbie (Lori Loughlin) chaperone the after-prom party but leave early to lend their support to Adrianna at the hospital, along with Kelly (Jennie Garth). Ryan Eggold also stars. Naomi tells Jen that tonight was the night everything changed with Liam (after their little chat outside.) She then defies Jen and decides to bring the after Prom party to her house. Seeing that Adrianna went into labor, Naomi puts Annie in charge of the party until she gets back there. People are still down on Annie because they think she told her dad about the other party that was then canceled.
Annie struggles to control the party. Dixon tells Ethan that he is having problems with Silver and sometimes he just wishes he had a “normal high school girlfriend” and although Ethan tells him they are great together and that relationships take work, it is clear he wants Silver for himself. Silver then goes up to Ethan and asks his opinion about her and Dixon’s relationship, and again he does what anyone would do in that situation, lies and says her and Dixon are meant for each other.
Adrianna is pretty much freaking out in the hospital because the baby is coming 3 weeks early and there is still so much that isn’t ready. Adrianna ends up having a C-section and doesn’t want to see/hold the baby after she is born. Annie and Dixon’s parents wonder why they are not at the hospital and they are caught in a lie when it becomes clear there was never a get together planned at Navid’s house like they said there would be. Oh, and it is clear Principal Harry and his wife ate pot brownies when they totally crack up over nothing in the hospital. Hilarity ensues. They have to let Kelly in on their little secret.
Back at the party, Jen goes up to Liam and lies and says she is Naomi’s neighbor and tells him that Naomi has been gossiping about his family story and clearly he gets mad. Jen then takes him upstairs…
Brenda shows up at the hospital with some brand new rad Cleopatra bangs. She tries to make Ades feel better and they go for a walk in the hospital. The pass a room and see the name “Jim Walsh” and Brenda informs Ades that he is dying and that it is too painful for her to go in there and say goodbye. Then a weird Chinese dragon shows up and Brenda disappears. Phewwww thank god that was only a dream! Ades then goes in and holds her baby for the first time. Ty and Navid make peace when Ty comes to the hospital to sign some form waiving his rights as a parent.
Dixon confronts Ethan about his obvious feelings about Silver (he also had a picture of her in his pocket). He tries to get Ethan to admit it, but Ethan wants him to leave it alone. Silver walks up and Ethan tells her he likes her, and then walks away.
Debbie tells Kelly that she was a little paranoid earlier and she thought Kel had a crush on her husband, but now she just realizes she was stoned. Kelly denies it but looks kinda guilty.
Naomi shows up at her party and runs upstairs to find a naked Liam putting back on his clothes. There is no girl in the room but she finds Annie’s jacket on the floor (than Jen borrowed). Liam then realizes the girl he slept with was, in fact, Naomi’s sister and is pissed that Jen used him. Looks like Kelly was right, Jen is pathological. So Naomi goes downstairs and accuses Annie of sleeping with Liam loud and in front of everyone. Then the whole party chimes in about her being a rat, etc etc. And someone throws a drink in her face. Clearly Annie has been pushed way beyond her limits and when she leaves the house and calls the police on the party, grabs a bottle of vodka and leaves.
The real Brenda shows up at the hospital (acting normal this time) and Ades is finding it hard to say goodbye to the baby. Bren tells her adoption is a wonderful gift, she knows because she went to China to adopt a baby. Eventually she gives the baby up and Navid and Brenda are there for her. Oooh, and it looks like Jim Walsh is not dying after all!
Silver catches up to Ethan to be like “WTF?” and he kisses her. Inside Naomi is sobbing and Jen is consoling her…gross. Liam calls Naomi to apologize when some huge military dudes burst into his room and take him off to bootcamp.
Annie is driving home in the daylight hours with a half empty bottle of vodka when she hits something/someone in the road and scared, she drives off. Who did she hit? Lots of cliffhangers for season 2!
